YOGA

The word yoga means "union". Apply the mind~body connection to link movement to the rhythm of your breath. Each pose is an outward expression of an inward journey, a vehicle for becoming more present. Flexibility is not a requirement. Sessions end with guided meditation, imparting a profound sense of relaxation and well-being.

 

PILATES

Strengthen your "powerhouse" core muscles. Focusing on alignment and precision, mat instruction will increase flexibility and improve posture. Learn the basics or take your routine to the next level.
