"Dear Stacey,
Thank you again for the wonderful class last night. I was one of the guys in the back of the class. While Yoga is still new for me and my body may seem like I am searching for the pose my mind is finding the zone. Thank you for introducing me to this practice.
Also, I recently rode my motorcycle across the country and used the Ujjayi breath technique, which I learned from you. This allowed me to stay focused and find my rhythm on the ride, I was .able to ride for hours and hours on end! How cool is that and I wanted you to know"
Peace,
~J
"Dear Stacey,
I wanted to say thank you for the one on one yoga training we have done over the past six weeks. In an effort to improve my health, I have tried yoga classes over the years and never felt confident enough to really enjoy the classes or let go enough to feel the mind/body connection that I have heard about in regard to a yoga practice. Your gentle, knowledgeable and nonjudgemental guidance in these sessions has brought me to a greater understanding of what yoga has to offer both physically and mentally. I feel like you have opened a door to something that is going to make me a healthier, happier person. I simply can not thank you enough. You are a very special spirit and a natural healer. Namaste."

"Stacey,
I just wanted to send you a note of thanks for your outstanding teaching at the New York Sports Club. I've been a member of one gym or another for the past 25 years. My wife and I started going to Aerobic Classes in 1983 and have taken everything from Low-Impact to Slide,Step, Circuit Training etc... You get the picture. In the many years we've attended gyms, we've had many different instructors. So, having an instructor who has obviously taken the time to study carefully the proper techniques for all the different types of classes that you teach is quite impressive and very refreshing. There are many gyms that have young, inexperienced instructors whose only interest is in getting the exercise as opposed to actually teaching proper technique to get the maximum benefit from the exercise and not get hurt in the process. You have shown that you take your job seriously and take a genuine interest in the development of your students. KUDOS to you.
Thanks",

"Dear Stacey,
The yoga classes I have taken at NYSC with you have been physically and spiritually fulfilling. The poses are challenging and your corrections are simple and effective. It is a safe place to feel balance and imbalance, strength and weakness, presence and distraction. Your leadership in this field is an excellent example of authenticity and wisdom. Thank you for your encouragement. Namaste."

"Stacey was one of the instructors my mom and I met during our first week of classes at NYSC. We immediately felt connected to her warmhearted and generous spirit. Being newcomers to yoga, we did not feel at all intimidated or left behind. She takes the time to give each person the individual attention they need to perform to the best of their ability. We love how there is a definite mind~body~soul connection in Stacey's class. Not only do we benefit from the class, but also from the personal message card she places at the end of each person's mat."

"Our group consists of three women, each at a different level of yoga. Stacey manages to teach unbelievably wonderful classes. We highly recommend her for instruction with others."

"As a teacher Stacey stands out because she gives one-on-one guidance in the classroom. She demonstrates the poses and tailors the class to the ability of the students. My teenage daughter frequently joins me and looks forward to attending. Stacey adjusts my daughter's poses with no judgement, which encourages her to want to learn more. Having experienced this myself and seeing it with another student shows Stacey's abilities as a fine person and teacher. She is dedicated to teaching the practice of yoga and focusing on her students. This one hundred percent attention is what distinguishes Stacey from the rest."
